Happiest when outdoors—on a beach, in the mountains, and especially near any body of water.
Meaningful conversations matter to me, and my family, friends, and my Savior, are at the core of all that I am.

Connected relationships should never be taken for granted.
Honesty, humility, 100% responsibility for self, vulnerability, and charity are not optional if we want connection with ourself, with others, and with God.
God really can do what He says he can and will do.
Life is hard! I know it. I’ve lived it. Life is also joyful, exciting, rewarding, engaging, exhausting, and a place where we can learn, grow and progress.
I believe that life was meant to be lived; mostly outside if at all possible.
Understanding that there are tools to help us move through life experiences more easily changed my life for the better and I find great joy in helping others do the same.
